Greetings,

Has anyone experienced the scenario described below? Of course it is an intermittent problem that cannot be reproduced on demand. On one occasion, the Circ. staff person moved to another station and wound up checking in the same item twice. The item was overdue and the fine was doubled.

III has put logging on our Milcirc logins and I have sent screenshots that display this phenomenon of reappearing records, but so far III hasn't got enough information to pin this down.
