[IUG] suppress a button

Good morning all,

Can somebody do me a favor? I try to suppress the startover button using
the suppress wwwoptions on the staging port. I can suppress the other
buttons such as modify, limit, etc, but just not the startover button
even though I have the STARTOVER in that string. Thanks in advance.
