[IUG] My Millennium & Patron ADDRESS field

Hello,

Is the lack of an ADDRESS field in a patron record supposed to disable the
ability to view checked out items and hold information, etc. in My
Millennium? We recently came across a patron who could not view this
information because there was no address field. I was, however, able to view
the patron information in My Millennium in the staging server OPAC.

Is this some sort of bug; or, just the way things are?
