[IUG] Millennium not play nice

Do others have situations where Millennium doesn't play nice with other
applications?
I mean have you tried to multitask with Mill running in the background, say
in Statistics, and you
get sporadic behavior out of Excel, but once you exit Mill. Excel returns to
normal.
I find this happens a lot when I try to open Outlook when running Stat or
Create List.
