Hi Said,

The Eastern Great Lakes IUG conference has mostly presentations from the 
membership.  We invite our III sales consultant to do a one-hour opening 
session on a topic of his choice and he has always stayed to attend other 
sessions and meet with people throughout the day.  Our conferences are more 
focused on member presentations--how they are using the system, what new 
products they are implementing, etc.

As to follow through, I can't speak to that specifically but I know our 
sales consultant took a lot of notes and respectfully answered questions.
