Excellent. But as Maurine says, it would be better if integrated into
the OPAC by III.

I submitted an enhancement request last year, for a feedback button
which would enable patrons to give feedback on such things as
cataloguing errors, supplementary information about archival records,
information about provenance, likes and dislikes etc. A similar service
is available in Amazon, the Internet Movie Database, and in Ex Libris
Aleph as implemented at e.g. McGill University ("Correction request"
label displayed in record), so this is hardly earth-shattering. It is
of course quite different in purpose from the readers' reviews service
that III is introducing, and which is of limited use in special
libraries.

I believe it did not make it to the ballot, but I shall be submitting
something along the same lines this year.
