RE: [IUG] INNREACH token

We don't have a bib_display.html file (not on WebPAC Pro) but we do have
WebBridge. We can get the INNReach button to appear in the resource
table (See: 
http://library.winthrop.edu:2082/record=b727627). 

What we can't figure out is where the <!--{innreach}--> token should go
on the opacmenu.html page. The manual says it can go there:

"<!--{innreach}-->
	
The system replaces this token with an INNREACH button on the page and
allows the search to pass through to the search of the INN-Reach system.
The button appears only following a search with no resulting entries."


A resource table only appears on a results screen (browse, with or
without a match) or a bib record. It would be nice if an INNReach button
would appear on the "NO ENTRIES FOUND" results screen that a user sees
after a failed keyword search. (Page # 106949 of the manual implies this
is possible.)
