[IUG] Mailto link for bib record error reporting

Inspired by a thread this week on Autocat, I've added a "mailto" link on
our bib_display.html page through which I hope catalog users will report
cataloging errors on specific bib records.  See
http://library.hillsdale.edu/record=b1071268 for an example.  For the
life of me, though, I can't figure out a way to include details from the
problem record in the sent message, other than having the users copy and
paste the information themselves.  Ideally, I'd like to have the subject
of the message read something like "Error on .b1071268", and have the
body of the message left blank for user input, but including other
elements in the body of the message would work instead, as long as there
was enough information included to identify the record.
 
Does anyone have any ideas for this?  Or is it just something to request
as an enhancement?
