Does this catalog of yours have a URL? :)
Without seeing the code, I'd expect that you are missing a link to the
cascading stylesheet. The page in question should have a line like
this in the <head>:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/screens/styles.css" type="text/css" />
(Your CSS file might not be called "styles.css", but you get the idea.)
Sorry if I'm way off. Post a URL and I'd be happy to look at the page
in question.

correct, but I'm puzzled about why it won't read all the stuff that
makes the display pretty.
