[IUG] Z39.50 update

Someone from IUG-listserv land e-mailed me t'other day but I got
over-zealous with the delete key before being able to respond.  I
believe the sender had a question about our problem with Z39.50 after
our I.T. department changed the IP address for the Innovative server.
The end result for us was that, after much bouncing back and forth
between Innovative and our I.T. department, the problem was fixed when
our I.T. guy made some sort of change to a firewall rule.  Don't ask me
what that means...it's all blah-blah to me.
