I would like to know how folks use the percentage warnings in the
funds. Does the system only give the operator a warning notice? I
assume that it doesn't prevent the order from being placed,
right? Also, the manual says that "if combined expenditures and
encumbrances exceed a certain percentage". Does that mean if I set
the warning to 75% for a fund that has $1000 allocated, that I will
get the warning when I''m showing $249 in my free balance? Thanks, Carole
