I do not think you can control the look of that page [except the
wwwoptions for different formats, and fields]. I had the same problem
with that page. For R2006, you can get around the problem display by
bypassing the view saved and going directly to the screen where you can
choose to either save, print to screen, etc...  Even this page offers
limited formating, so there is a limit to what you can customize.  

I am glad to be proven wrong if anybody knows how.  In my
http://mitchcat.blog.com, I have an entry talking about this saved
export screen problem and the way around it.
