[IUG] Call number not in table

Does anybody use the system-generated review files for "call number not
in table"?  I ran a call number-based report yesterday, and today's sys
gen review files include one called "items: call numbers not in SCAT".
The report shows some blank items, and those were deleted back in 01 or
02.  Don't know why they are showing up on this report.  The other items
on the list have valid call numbers, so I can't figure out why those are
showing up on this report.  Has anyone figured out how to use the "not
in table" reports?
