I am really glad to hear that. Sounds like it is a system issue.

We noticed order records displaying that we'd never noticed before when
we went live with WebPAC Pro. I can't remember the details, but the
bottom line was that even though we did routinely fill in both the CDATE
on the order record and the CATDATE on the bib record when a title was
cataloged, some CDATEs on the order records got skipped, and those
orders seemed to start displaying after the upgrade.

Subject: [IUG] [webPAC pro]strange order record display

I am puzzled about the strange order record display in our redesigned
webPro [not launched yet]. The wwwoptions is set correctly:
SHOWOREC=no_cdate

The token in my bib_display.html is: <!--{orders}-->. The manual says:
the system replaces this token with any attached order records.

Strange thing is: for records that are already cataloged and have the c
date , the full record still shows the 1 copy is being processed
message, even though the record is fully cataloged. The message does not
show on all the records, so hard to trouble-shoot.

I contacted III, but no response yet; I supposed the problem is in the
staging port, they might deem it a waste of their time. The live port is
still our old interface and works correctly.

I wonder if anybody has any clue as to the cause of this problem or if
you have encountered any similar problem in your redesigning. Thanks in
advance.
