RE: [IUG] loan rules

Hi
I know you probable have checked this but are you sure it does not appear in
your loan rule determiner chart anywhere else?
And also check your loan rule and make sure that is correct.

Subject: [IUG] loan rules
I'm puzzled! baffled! pulling my hair out!
Our ptype 2 is for non-college (community) users. We've used this ptype
since we went to III in 1992.
I know that the loan rule determiner table is read from bottom to top.
My last entry is for ptype 2, itype 26 and 27 (Curriculum materials center
items), loan rule 9 (non-circulating). I have it set to be active.
But when someone with this ptype tries to check out a CMC (which, according
to the rules, should not be allowed), the system checks it out to them for 1
week!
Can anyone offer any "it did that to us - this is how we fixed it"
help, or offer any suggestions of what I should be looking at to correct
this problem?
TIA,
Linda Divan
