[IUG] Problems in Millennium Serials Question

We are having two problems pop up sporadically when we are working in
Millennium Serials.  

 

1. We search a title and click on the browse icon to return to the index
box:

     a. We do not clear the existing title in the index box and do not enter
another search immediately. 

     b. The title in the view box is hi-lighted when we return

     c. If we began typing or if we place the cursor at the beginning and
try to type another title, we are not allowed

         to type more than three letters.  The rest of the title does not
appear in the box. 

     d. Millennium Serials does not freeze.  If we click on search or
anywhere else on the screen, then we can

         type in the view box again.      

 

2.  This problem exists in Milser and Milacq.  

 

      a. We search a title and bring up the summary of records attached.
Occasionally, if we double click on the 

           order record, it opens up to a blank screen with a pop up box
indicating that we are not authorized to view 

           the record. 

       

       b. If we click on the summary tab and double click on the order
record again, the order record opens with the 

           information in the record.  

 

 

Are any of you experiencing the same problems ?
