We have something that is bugging us while listing out information from
Create Lists.  The default value for "Number of blank lines between
records" is 0.  We would like to change it to 1.  Is this possible?
This is just a small annoyance using a fantastic interface.  I have
looked in the manual and not found anything applicable.
