Sure, we've used the 970 field in TOC to add chapter-level access to
some of our locally produced etexts. Our classic example displaying how

I have a question to those who implemented the table of contents
feature: the manual says you can do it if you buy it from some vendor.
My question is: since we enter table of contents at the point of
cataloging, we can input it locally into the 971 field.  Has anybody
done that? What kind of settings did you ask Innovative to set it up?

The reason I asked is that the new bib_display can put it into its own
tab and display the table of contents when clicked. I tried to test it
on my staging port, but obviously it failed to do what I expected.
