This is one potential problem since Millennium requires a number of
different ports.
If this is difficult to accomplish due to firewall restrictions, other
possible options are
using remote desktop (built into windows xp). Clients are available for
windows (built-in), macs,
linux. I use it from both Mac and Linux systems from home.

To add to what Leo says, you also have to be sure the home computers are
allowed access through any firewall that is operating on your network. You
will probably have to contact your IT Dept. to get the specifics on that.

You have to know the IP address of their home computer and add it to
Network Access Table. It works fine but I'm not sure about security
issues, especially if you are not running SSH. We're not (yet) and I only
log in from home in 'emergency' situations.

I am looking for information about how one can allow staff to use
millennium at home on their own pc's. Is anyone out there currently
offering this and would be willing to share how it works and the pros
and cons of doing this.
Thanks in advance,
