- Subject: [IUG] Statement of Checked Out Items with ILL Awaiting?
Hi all-
I am hoping someone can tell me this is a mistake...
Innovative has just closed our call and indicated that, when running
Statement of Checked Out Items, all ILL items that are Awaiting Arrival (or
any such state of the request) will also appear on the Statement of Checked
Out items. This is actually an intended behavior (since Millennium Silver)
and can only be changed via an enhancement request. I have confirmed that
it does indeed happen.
They are saying that it is standard operating behavior to tell a patron
that they have an item checked out when in fact they do not. This is absurd.
Has anyone else seen this? Can this really not be fixed except by an
enhancement request? Please "say it ain't so."
Ruth
