I can't connect to your catalog right now, but I think you need to
style the .browseSuperEntry class.

Looking at my css file, I see that I applied the color and background
properties to "tr.browseSuperEntry" and the padding and  text
properties to "tr.browseSuperEntry td"; not sure if you have to do it
that way to make it effective, but it is working for me.
