We're considering the question of character sets... Mike also mentioned
what he is using. But each of the responses, thus far, speak to browser
displays. We are seeing the same (limited) diacritics in Millennium
cataloging. This seems to have occurred since we upgraded to Rel 2006, so
perhaps I will need to review settings.

I'm convinced it is not something in the record. But it seems odd that
the problem would suddnely occur in IE and Millennium. Unless the
character sets are a function of the workstation, rather than the browser
and Millennium, independently, as I had been assuming.

Hi Leo--

This may have to do with what characters are available to the browser than
a problem with the catalog record. I am not having a problem viewing the
record with my setup. The record is delivered in UTF-8 format so those
browsers not comfortable with that may not be able to display correctly.
