Hi

You need an entry for infotrac.galegroup.com as well as *.infotrac.galegroup.com in the WAM table. As well, make sure that the tokens are different for each entry.

Has anyone had problems authenticating Gale databases recently? We
recently had them activate the PowerSearch feature for us, and since
then none of our database links will authenticate. I've had them turn
PowerSearch off, with no success. According to Gale tech support, our
link structure looks fine.

Prior to this problem, our WAM entries for Gale looked like:

*.galenet.com
*.galegroup.com

Following Gale tech support's instructions, we've added:

*.gale.com
*.ggimg.com
*.infotrac.galegroup.com

These new entries haven't helped. If we strip the proxy rewrite info
from the URL, we can get to the databases and our IP is recognized, so I
don't think it's a network problem on our end. All signs point to the
WAM table, but we've tried just about every combination we can think of
(WAM and Web servers were restarted after each change, too).

Any ideas?

Thanks,
