Hi All,

   I've been following this with some amusement.

   Should III have asked us what would be most effective?  Yes.  Did 
they?  No.

   Have we received gifts like this (defective) in the past.  Yes.

   Did they charge us for it?  Probably (I really haven't been following 
it that closely.

   Did they follow past practice and do what was easiest for them?  Oh, yes!
