I asked III about how "Right Results" determines relevance and was told it
was 'proprietary'. Beyond filing tickets on special cases, I'm not sure
what can be done.
Honestly, it beats me why an exact match between the search term and the
title (245) would be 69th most relevant entry in a keyword search. But
hey...

Subject: [IUG] RightResults relevance definitions
I've looked and looked for III's definitions of how they determine
relevancy for their RightResults in WebPac Pro, but to no avail.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
BTW, the search examples are wrong on the new webopac files they
suggest you download for WebPac Pro. (You do need quotes for phrase
searching)
Any suggestions for the definitions are quite welcome. Thanks!
