[IUG] UNICODE Data Storage questions

I would appreciate any input concerning from individuals that have 
converted to UNICODE data storage on there Innovative Server:

* Were there any obvious benefits realized as a result of the conversion 
in the Millennium client or WebOPAC?

* Were there any undesired side affects?

* How long did the conversion take, and was there any performance hit on 
your server during this time?

* Were any reports generated from the conversion?

* Any other comments or suggestions?
