Joe,

I do not know about webOPAC pro since my service request has not been
implemented yet (2 weeks to implement by Innovative timetable). But I
do notice differences even in 2006. To start with, a lot of tables were
gone, so you definitely have to add more style definition, otherwise,
the display is not what it used to be, not big but noticeable
differences, like the size of the font in certain boxes.

Another thing I have noticed, and I do not know if it is true for
others, is that there are two submit buttons, one is defined by the BUT_
and the other is ICON_. The ICON is used in certain customizable form
pages, for instance, limit/sort page. I noticed after upgrades to 2006,
the ICON_Sumbit creates problem for the customized advance search page.
The submit button would not do anything. I am now just trying to get by
(making it funtional) until the webOPAC pro is activated and then plan
on a complete re-do.

Subject: [IUG] Question on Webpac Pro

Hello IUGers,

Is there any noticeable difference in behavior when upgrading to WebPAC
Pro
but without actually changing wwwoptions or any of the HTML files? That
is
to say, how would upgrading to WebPAC Pro affect a library research
class? Is there really that much difference, or does the true power of
WebPAC Pro reside on the back end?

As an aside, we have relevancy searching turned off, so I'm also curious
as
to how that would be affected.

Thanks in advance!
