The other way, which I use if I want to look into a file without using 
Millennium at all, is to ftp to the vendor server right from IE. Example: I 
can login to our YBP folder on: ftp://ftp.ybp.com/export/
choose the file I want and drag it to my desktop ans open it in MS Word. 
Other than that, the way you use is the way almost all of us use.
