You need to set up own Z39.50 in the telnet
You will also find this link very useful. I set this connection to our
patrons it is not that pretty but functional

Did you go down into telnet and setup OCLC2:WorldCat under FirstSearch?
Does any of the Z39.50 servers work, including your own?
If not then III needs to turn something on.

I am trying to set two Z39.50 connections.
And am getting this error when I do a z39 command:
403 Forbidden
z39 not enabled on this server.
I have correctly done the server settings for the two connections
(Melvyl and WorldCat) through port 210.
Our ITS dept. has opened ports 210 and 211 in the Firewall.
I set the wwwoption, Z39PORT=80:210 and restarted the webpac.
What am I missing? What should I do to enable z39?
