[IUG] Millennium Media and Javatwain error

All,
 
Trying for the first time to scan in Millennium Media, I get the
following error:
 
Unable to install javatwain32.dll
 
Is this a III error or something I need to install on my machine?
 
It seems like a III problem but I wanted to make sure before opening a
call with them.  Thanks for any input.
