Lauren,
If you are using just the regular grey buttons you can't get rid of it,
or at least we were not able to. What we did instead was to replace the
button with a 1x1 pixel image that is either transparent or the same
color as the back ground. It is still possible to click but you really
have to hunt for it.

I have tried it with and without the comma and no luck. I seem to
recall last time I added a button to suppress I had to have the comma.
Anyway, either way does not suppress the cancel all button.

We have no comma after the pat_cancelall. Try it without the comma and
then restart and see if it works.

I have tried doing this procedure in suppress_option including a comma
after the pat_cancelall and have restarted the web server but it does
not disappear. Is there something else which needs to be changed? The
other buttons I have suppressed are not displaying.

We used to have this problem a lot, so we disabled the "Cancel All"
button. You need to change the WWWOption to
SUPPRESS_OPTION=PAT_CANCELALL
The patrons much prefer it this way.

I just heard a sad tale of a patron who accidentally cancelled all of

holds, instead of only those they had selected.
Has anyone else crafted an "are you sure" confirmation pop-up window to
prevent
this from happening? If so can you send me your secret code?
