I have not had any reports of patrons being confused but we do have a
"Tip" statement on the page to refresh the page after making changes to
see the results.

Subject: [IUG] Refresh of ecommerce screens?
Hello,
We are wondering if anyone else who is using ecommerce has overcome the
following issue?
A customer logs into their account to pay fines.
When they click "pay online" from their account, it opens up a new
window.
The remaining transaction is resolved via the new window.
When the customer is at the end of the transaction, they close this new
window and see - what they might perceive as - fines still on their
account, even though they have just paid them.
How have others overcome this possible perception?
Thanks!
