Deb,
There was a good presentation talking about this at Denver IUG by Mark Dahl and Jeremy McWilliams from Lewis & Clark College.

Have other libraries done this as well? We are too interested in hearing more about your experience.
Innovative's new product "Feed Builder" does provide RSS feed from a review file.

Subject: [IUG] RSS Feeds and New Books
Hi,
We're a consortium and would like to create an RSS feed with a new books
list. Has anyone done this? If so, how did you do it?
What scripts did you write to pull the data from the III system?
Thanks
deb
