[IUG] metafind rewritten urls

Apologies if this issue has already been dealt with - as a new user we are 
struggling to find our feet!

The HSRC is busy trying to implement MetaFind!

We are really struggling with getting our rewritten URLs to work.

Any advise in this regard will be very much appreciated.

We are rewriting urls for the following databases

Ebscohost databases
Ebso EJS
Proquest databases
ISI web of knowledge databases
SpringerLink
OUP online journals
Project MUSE
BlackwellsSynergy
ScienceDirect
CSA databases
