Judy,
This sounds like a firewall issue. Web Management fund report needs
specific port open, check the firewall documentation. We had a similar
experience here and got it solved that way.

Subject: [IUG] Web reports
Happy Friday All!!
Before I call the help desk about this ...
I'm trying to access fund reports from the Web Management Reports. I'm
getting a 403 Forbidden error that no access is permitted from my IP.
Since this is _my_ system and I'm the sysadmin, I want it to let me see
it!!! (Sorry ... it's Friday!)
Is this something that went away when Acq was removed form character
based, or is something wonky going on??
Thanks,
Judy Schneider
