I think you can pull the list into Statistics and look at the funds from
there.

Agencies that provide grant funds for books often require us to include in
our reports to them a complete list of the books purchased with these funds
(titles and numbers of copies).
In an attempt to compile such a list, we created a list of order records in
which "fund = x" We then exported the records, designating title, price,
and number of copies as the fields to be exported. Unfortunately, the
"number of copies" field shows the TOTAL number of copies ordered rather
than the number of copies charged to the particular fund about which we are
concerned.
Can someone suggest a "workaround"? Other libraries must, surely be
required to produce similar lists often.
