[IUG] Spanish subject heading BOF

I am developing a database of Spanish equivalents for LC subject term 
and would like to meet with folks from libraries that are trying to get 
Spanish headings into their records. Currently I only have a look-up 
feature but would like to develop a semi-automated tool for generating 
the headings and getting them easily into OCLC or the local system. It 
would help me to know how different libraries are approaching this 
problem and what the obstacle are.
