Graeme,

Yes, as far as I know you do need to have Innovative set it up. Page
106070 refers to acquiring Monographic holdings. I know we've been
talking about doing it here but haven't so we currently only have
checkin (serials holdings) records. I can't find it in the product
catalog under this name so I'm not sure if there is a cost involved or
just some set required.

Subject: [IUG] Monographic holdings set up

Dear IUG,

Do you need to ask III to set your library up for using monographic
holdings, in particular for attaching item records to holdings records?

We can certainly add a holdings (checkin) record to a bib record, but
the I cannot see how to add an item to the holdings record. The manual
guide for 'Attaching item records to a holdings record' says that there
should be 'Edit > Attach New Items' functionality visible from the
holdings record which is not.

Also does anyone have any examples in their OPAC of items attached to
mongraphic holdings records that we could look at.

Cheers and thanks,
Graeme
