Nicole,

Innovative has a setting for Courtesy Notices, I can't remember right
now if it is a product or if it is standard with Millennium. But we use
this to let patrons know 2 days in advance by e-mail if they have any
items that are coming due. This is a service that we offer only to
patrons with e-mail addresses in hopes of enticing more people to use
e-mail notification. It has worked very well. It is set up to run as
an auto notice every morning. We have had a very good response from the
patrons about it.

Subject: [IUG] Email overdue notices

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew of any prenotification software that
is compatible with Millennium? The software would automatically send out
an email to remind the patron that their books are coming due in
pre-determined amount of time. I've seen some discussion about Library
Elf but I'm looking more for something that we could implement on our
end.

Thanks!
