[IUG] payform.html

Hello,
 
Maybe it's me, but I uploaded payform.html and payreceipt.html to our
staging area.  I have a test patron with fines attached, but when I log
into "my account" and view my fines, I can see the fines, but no way to
pay them as I have read in the documentation.  I verified with III that
we have SSL - but still - no pay link.  We're now a Linux site - not
sure if that has anything to do with it....?
 
I feel like I've stepped into the twilight zone - does anyone have any
ideas?
