One problem we've run into with our quite old B321 is that we must plug
it directly into a serial port on the PC. If we try to use any sort of
serial-to-USB adaptor to plug it into a USB port, the data doesn't
tranfer correctly (i.e. at all). So when our computer folks upgrade
staff workstations, we have to make sure that one workstation in our
Circ Dept. has a serial port.
