[IUG] Paging slips/wrong pickup location

Using Release 2005:

I was wondering if anyone has run into this problem: Our circulation
department contacted me today about our paging slips which were being
printing.  Basically, what they discovered is what was printed as the
PICKUP AT location is not correct and I can't seem to find any rhyme or
reason for it.  We have had several print with a PICKUP AT location of
Interlibrary Loan (ill) when it should have been Inglewood (in).  Now
these two location codes are right next to each other in the table and
when you look at the records in Millennium, they give the right pickup
location.  I also looked at the Holds Pickup Location table, which is
correct, as well as the Library Priority Table, which also seems
correct. This is causing quite a bit of confusion and I'm not sure why
it is doing it.  Anyone have any ideas?  TIA!
