Subject: [IUG] Still need 15 IUG Forum Recorders!!

Many thanks to those who have already volunteered!

I still need recorders for the following sessions (the number of recorders
still needed is in parentheses after each session name).

E4 Saturday 1:30-2:30 System Management Forum (1)
F6 Saturday 3:00-4:00 Regional Users Group Roundtable (1)
I7 Sunday 10:30-11:30 ILL Forum (2)
K4 Sunday 3:00-4:00 Customer Services Forum (1)
EB Monday 7:30-8:30 Enhancements Forum (2)
M3 Monday 9:00-10:00 Public Library Consortium Forum (1)
M7 Monday 9:00-10:00 Load Profile Open Forum (2)
N5 Monday 10:30-11:30 Self Serve Forum (2)
O5 Monday 1:30-2:30 Electronic Resources Management (ERM)
Forum (2)
O8 Monday 1:30-2:30 Metafind Users Forum (1)

As a volunteer recorder you'll attend the session and take notes. Working
in cooperation with the second recorder you'll create a 1-2 page summary of
the session for review by the forum's coordinator. After review by the
forum's coordinator, you'll submit the final summary to me
(pasatzer at stthomas dot edu) by June 26, 2006. I will then add the forum
summaries to the conference's online program materials.

To sign up respond to me via email at pasatzer at stthomas dot edu
Give me the program number and program title of the forum you're interested
in.
Please list one or two alternative forums you would be willing to cover if
your first choice is already taken.

The Guidelines for Forum Recorders is available online at:
