Not ideal, but, If you were to use the following syntax:
BUT_REQUEST=/screens/btns/request.gif" id="but_request
You could then use javascript in your botlogo file to replace all of the
buttons:
<script>
Document.getElementById('but_request').src = "/screens/btns/request_s1.gif";
</script>

Distant memory says same; though I always wondered about using language
such as a pretend "english2" en2 to achieve this? Do the multilingual
sites use the same buttons regardless of scopes?
Or if only a two scope site what adding an additional test port for
wwwoptions (not necessarily staging) make that port the other scope with
buttons defined for that one with

I was told buttons can not be scoped.

Subject: [IUG] scope site and opac
Hi all,
We have a two scoped sites, and one of them wants to have different
buttons (both style and substance). I know i can define toplogo and
botlogo and style for each scope, but what about buttons? III help desk
hasn't provided an answer.
Thanks,
Blake
