Ted,
I have a poster session on how to print POs and Claims and Claim
Checking list for the conference. I used Printwizard server edition,
Perl, and of course, millenium. (we did not buy the electronic ordering
system.) Printwizard can capture the print job (PCL printing) and my
perl program processes the job into a file, all without the need for
paper.
There is another option I had thought of but have not tried. That is
since Printwizard has an overlay feature, I think it might be possible
to print the POs and capture the overlay printing to a file. From there,
it is easy to pdf it. This is just a thought.

Subject: RE: [IUG] Printing POs to pdf?
RE the idea of printing POs directly to PDF:
1. Since POs normally print on a form, how do you account for the
information from the preprinted form that is not there?
2. Where does the PDF end up? Server? PC? I can't find it.
3. Has anyone successfully done this?
We are using the free PDF995 as the PDF creating software.
