[IUG] Odd patron login web page issue on our staging port

I have been working on a Opac redesign for some time and have a strange
issue that has been driving me crazy.  We have our redesigned Opac on
the staging port.  Recently we implemented WAM and added JSTOR to our
Opac.  When I click on one of the JSTOR tiles and try to connect the Web
Access Login web page opens up but it does not match the rest of the
page.  I have reviewed the code and tried everything I can think of.  I
have a help desk ticket in but I thought I would throw it out the group
to see if some can see what is going on.  I think I am too close to the
problem.  Our staging port address is
http://othmerlib.chemheritage.org:2082/  If you click on the featured
list and select JSTOR you can get one of our bib records to see the
problem. Any help is appreciated.
