I have a situation where the patron placed a hold on a book, checked it
out, returned it, and it was checked in. There is no hold showing on the
bibliographic record and the item shows it was returned. However, the
patron record still has the hold attached and no matter what I do to
cancel
it, it stubbornly remains. We are on Release 2006LE.
Has anyone encountered this? Any solutions?
Thanks.
