Ann,

Can you tell me how III set this up for you? We'd like to run hourly overdues automatically more than once per day. Are you doing this? If so, how did you set it up?

Thanks
deb

We have them set to run every hour. Our overdue notices go out every
hour also. I remember Innovative saying that this works well unless you
send out courtesy notices. We send some of the paging slips to a file
hourly and some are emailed to the library hourly.

Subject: [IUG] Hourly Auto Notices for item paging slips?

We've added Item Paging Slips to our auto notices routine, and I'm
wondering if there is a way to schedule those notices to run on auto
more periodically than once per day?
We are wanting them to run everyday at 6am like all auto notices, but
then also M-F every two hours would be helpful too. They would go to a
dept email box we have and staff would just check that. The 'Schedule'
feature that enables when you turn on auto only gives days, Mon-Sun. Is
there a way to schedule for something like this or are we stuck having
to go in every time we wish to run these paging slip notices which
obviously one might want to run more than once per day?
thanks
Douglas
