Hi Sue -  If anyone who has observed the same behavior wants to cite our
call number, it's c901607.  Right now it's listed as closed (because we were
advised to contact Microsoft, which I still haven't done because I have mold
in the stacks that is keeping me busy).  But I'll get around to it soon.

Thanks to those who did additional checks and found I didn't dream this up.

Interesting observation Bob. As I told Anne privately I checked out
2006LE staging area (the default that comes with the release- I haven't
altered it yet) and found the same problem here and I am printing from
Netscape 8.0 with the "display as IE option". When using the "display as
Firefox" option printing was fine. So it isn't IE per se but how IE
interprets html it appears. After reading your message I checked several
other printers. The problem was there for my default HP4050N and an
HP8000DN but not an old HP5M.

I first thought that the title is the only one with the strong tag which
might mean something but actually I was doing a keyword search so where
the keyword showed in the rest of the description the word was also
tagged strong. But it was also tagged font=red if that makes a
difference.

Since we haven't touched the CSS it appears to be a combination of the
default Innovative has and the printer driver as you suggest. If more of
us report it perhaps III will look into it more. Anne, could you give us
your call number so we can reference it when we report we are having the
same problem?

I verified Tom's experience in printing via PCL to an HP8150 driver that
there was a problem. Other printer drivers did not have a problem (I'm
limited in what I can test given that I don't have a printer with me).

I can see nothing in the HTML code that would hint at a problem. I can
only presume that some combination of mods triggered a combination of a
bug in IE and a bug in certain printer drivers.

When you get reports of problems, do you know what printer/driver was
used?

Do you know what font is specified for the title field, in the style
sheet?
