[IUG] San Jose holdslips

Using Release 2005:

Last week, we implemented the San Jose hold slip function on our server
and in most cases, it works very, very well.  However, I have one branch
who has experienced letters being duplicated when the receipt is printed
- and it's not just on one printer; it's on multiple printers.  They
faxed me a copy of what they've been experiencing with it and it is very
odd because I cannot duplicate it and no other branch has complained
about it.  If it was happening on one or two printers, then I'd say it
was probably a printer setting gone haywire.  But when it is happening
on all of their printers at different times throughout the day, I'm just
not sure how to even begin to troubleshoot.  Has anyone experience this
"printer goblin" problem and if so, how did you resolve it?
